Can You Recognize the Poster?

 Movie:
Is there any Japanese movies fan here? Have you seen the Japanese version of "the Ring"? I watched both this one and the Amercian version but I couldn't understand why they bought the right of the script and then made another similar movie. Just the environment and the actors are different. And of course the girl in the Japanese one is more horrible than the other one. In American version she reminds you of many many horror movies we have seen before. It doesn't seem original.
I am thinking about finding more Japanese movies and watch them (I am already a fan of Akira Kurosawa).
This poster belongs to the "Seven Samurai", one of my favourites, with Mifone, as the samurai.
Can anyone recommend a good Japanese movie?

Windows Media Diagnostic Tool

Occasionally users encounter problems when using Windows Media Player or Windows Movie Maker. Troubleshooting the cause of these problems can be difficult due to system configuration variables, such as installed hardware, drivers, and other programs. Often, identifying these system variables can be a time consuming process.
The Windows Media Diagnostic Tool (WMDiag) simplifies troubleshooting by gathering system configuration information and packaging it into a single compressed file that can be sent to a product support professional for review.(Via Microsoft)

Persian Mythology

Did you know anything about Persian Mythology. We have a very comprehensive literature for this subject but unfortunately it is not very known to world. Here is the name of on of the Gods:
Daevas: In ancient Persian mythology they are demons who cause plagues and diseases and who fight every form of religion. They are the male servants (or followers) of Angra Mainyu, also known as Ahriman. The female servants are called the Drugs. Together they fight Ahuru Mazda (Ormazd) and his Amesha Spentas.
