Record, Store and watch...

We've been a big fan of KiSS Technologies, which lately has been a step or two ahead of many bigger electronics companies, coming out with some of the first DVD players that could play DivX video files and came with Ethernet ports for streaming content from a PC. They're cranking it up a notch with their new DP-558 DVD player, which besides having an Ethernet port and support for DivX, has a 80GB hard drive for recording TV shows. Read More...

if it had a MULTI-DISC CHANGER
(I WOULD BUY IT IN A HEARTBEAT)!!!!

so guys at KiSS Tech. ... lets see the next model have a multi-disc changer

It sounds just perfect... however... you missed one big thing... a multi-disc changer...

Its a wonder full product but newer DVD's get burnt on two CD-R's ... it would be not perfect if one would have to getup and keep swaping CD-R's or DVD's(while watching a star-trek marathon on DVD... or a Simpson marathon)

However, i am not aware but if one could upload the info form CD to the HDD -- it would just be time consuming...

So, this device would be just perfect if it had a multi-disc changer.
